We are passionate about bringing our exceptional design services to homeowners in these communities and helping them create luxurious and functional spaces they can truly enjoy. What interior design services do you offer?

We offer interior design services for new build homes, commercial and multifamily spaces, along with furnishing services for long-time family homes. We also offer renovation services, to transform houses into the dream home our clients have always envisioned.

I’ve never worked with an interior designer before. How do I know how to pick the best designer for me?

Selecting the right interior designer for your project is essential to achieve your desired results. We recommend considering their portfolio, expertise, and design style to ensure it aligns with your vision. It's also important to have open and clear communication with the designer and feel a connection and trust in their ability to bring your design ideas to life.

How do I know if the design will actually look good in my home?

We offer 3-D renderings so you can truly picture what the design will look like in your home. This is an extra service that we enjoy offering to our clients. Talking about a design is one thing, but seeing it in your space is another. When we go through the 3-D rendering with our clients, they say it makes them feel more at ease with the project since they can truly picture the transformation.

How do I begin an interior design project with Neighbor Interiors?

We are so excited you are taking this step. You can either contact us through our website or send us an email to schedule an initial consultation. During this consultation, we'll discuss your project goals, budget, and timeline, allowing us to understand your design vision better. From there, we will schedule a fun meet & greet at our design office so we can meet in person, enjoy some snacks, view our portfolio, and answer any questions face to face.

What should I bring to our first meeting?

We would love to see those inspirational images from Pinterest or interior design magazines! Knowing what you’re drawn to helps us immerse your style into the design. We also want to see what you don’t like, so we know exactly what to stay away from.

What is expected of me during the remodel/design process?

All you have to do is sit back and relax, while we do all the heavy lifting. At Neighbor Interiors we handle the entire project from ordering, inspection, and installation. We offer a complete white-glove concierge-like service and keep you up to date 100% of the time. We believe in constant communication so you always know what step of the process we are on.

What is the design process like with Neighbor Interiors?

Our design process at Neighbor Interiors offers creative solutions, unique finishes, and furnishings that make a home feel like a resort and escape from the outside world. We begin with an initial consultation to understand your goals, preferences, and budget.

From there, we create a comprehensive design plan, including space planning, material selections, and 3D renderings. We guide you through the selection of furnishings, finishes, and accessories, ensuring a cohesive and stunning outcome. Throughout the process, we wholeheartedly believe in over communication, to ensure you’re aware of each step, 100% of the way.

How long does an interior design project usually take?

Each project varies depending on its complexity and scope of work, but most projects generally take 6 months to 2 years from start to finish. There are many factors that can change the timeline like the manufacturing process, creating custom pieces, along with shipping times. We strive to provide realistic timelines and keep you completely updated on the project's progress every step of the way.

If you are needing a quicker turnaround, we can make adjustments to best accommodate your timeline. We just ask that you mention this during the initial consultation, so we can give our vendors a ‘heads-up’ ahead of time.

Do you work with custom furniture or only in-stock furniture? Is there a difference?

We work with both types of custom & in-stock furniture. The benefit of custom furniture is you can get exactly what you’re desiring. You have the luxury of choosing the style, finish, and fabrics to perfectly suit your tastes. In-stock furniture is more limited in terms of finish/fabrics but also has benefits. You know exactly what you’re getting and sometimes have options to view those pieces in person. We are happy to work with both types of furniture to marry your style and function.

Can an interior designer work within my existing style, or do I need to start from scratch?

Many of our clients are unsure what their style is, and feel overwhelmed with the whole design process. Our specialty is truly blending style and functionality, so your space has a luxurious feel while still feeling like you. With our concierge-like design process, we find pieces and styles you're attracted to while incorporating our award-winning design aesthetics. The result becomes your version of laid-back luxury.

Do you have a list of contractors, landscape designers, architects & builders that you recommend?

At Neighbor Interiors, we love having a team approach to achieving your design dreams. While we have a list of contractors, architects, etc. we always recommend you personally reach out and interview before hiring. We are happy to assist with selecting and interviewing other design team members, to ensure a good fit for your project.
